Tuesday, August 10th, finance expert Jean Chatzky and American Express announced the launch of "The National Money Night Talk."  This new program, which culminates on September 16, encourages families around the country to sit down and talk about money and financial reponsibility.  To help parents get prepared to have "the talk," American Express and Chatzky will unveil a new online resources to start the conversation.  The site will offer resources which have been vetted by CEE economic educators to meet CEE standards.  in addition, parents will be asked to sign a pledge to talk to their kids about money.
